Recent Projects @ Lilly:
- Agile Transformation - Pushing Agile @ Lilly since 2016, established and currently overseeing 6 SCRUM teams that all support different products. Currently scaling to adopt Agile across all IDS/IT areas and working with the Project Management Office on the strategy.
- DevOps & Support Transformation - Led the effort to evaluate our current model and contract and go through a formal RFP process to identify and establish a new model and agreement for working within our team and with our vendor partners
- Cloud Resume Challenge - developed strategy for upskilling IT employees with cloud services on AWS by partnering with our CTO to sponsor a "Cloud Resume Challenge" which gives employees a fun and engaging way to learn more about both AWS as well as modern best practices like CI/CD, Serverless, etc.
- Cloud Transformation - established and met 2 year goal of moving all ~30 products to SaaS or hosted offerings in order to reduce overhead and infrastructure management costs
- Customer Engagement Initiatives - organized and led our efforts to enhance product team's outreach via a strategy of using Yammer Groups, Customer Advisory Board meetings, and targeted Surveys
- Self-Service Initiatives - encouraged the team to develop more of a focus on shifting customer interactions to self-service through the use of knowledge articles, automated catalog requests, and educational discussions with key stakeholders
- Modernization of Products - many critical products were evaluated to determine where life cycle management upgrades/improvements could be made as well as basic enhancements to encourage things like self-service from our stakeholders
- Process Improvement and Alignment - successfully blended two teams with different process into one unified team with a singular process & program that encompasses 6 independent SCRUM teams and is flexible enough to keep adapting to the changing needs of the business

- Led team of Lilly and contract resources on large projects, improved intake process, delivered new products to the Enterprise, integrated existing products to form a more complete DevOps Toolchain, and helped improve our team’s processes.
- Fostered open communication across different business units to ensure alignment and adoption of new products including leading the Enterprise DevOps Forum.
